چکیده
An important arithmetic component of “Arithmetic and Logic Unit” or ALU is reconfigured in this paper, known as “Full-Adder-Subtractor”, where an advance low-power, high-speed nano technology “QCA” with electro-spin criterion used reversibility the advancement multilayer 3D circuitry. In modern digital world, selected nano-sized effective alternative widely “CMOS Technology” because all limitations, mainly limitation due to presence high power dissipation at time device-density increment a “CMOS” based integrated circuit, can be optimized by also supports reversible logic platform less complexity. This primarily presents two novel 3-layered “Adder-Subtractor” designs using collaboration inverter gates, modified 3-input Feynman-Gate MG (Majority Gate) very cell-complexity, area-occupation, delay energy-dissipation output-strength, temperature-tolerance accuracy. A clear parametric investigation on presented are shown clearly paper through comparative manner some previous published related structures. Additionally, another parametric-experiment multibit “Full-Adder-Subtractor” circuitry working phenomenon “Ripple Carry Adder” (RCA) subtractor (“ripple borrow subtractor” RBS) proposed work proper way combination RCA subtraction operation converts into hybrid form, which more compare other advanced adders parametric-optimization field.

Power dissipation has become an overriding concern for VLSI circuits and it may come to dominate the total chip power consumption as the technology feature size shrinks. The main aim of this paper is to minimize the leakage power by using a ultra low leakage techniques. In this work we are choosing the Benchmark circuit as full subtractor . This full subtractor are designed by using different t...

Received Oct 16, 2017 Revised Dec 12, 2017 Accepted Jan 4, 2018 Filter is one of the key components of all signals processing elements. Both the FIR and IIR filter are used to reduce the unwanted signal in the original signal. Here discussing the FIR filter and design the efficient FIR filter using Dual Ripple Carry Adder (RCA) based SQRT-carry select adder (CSLA). Many components present in th...
متن کاملA Novel Ripple/Carry Look Ahead Hybrid Carry Select Adder Architecture
In this paper, two general architectures of Carry Select Adder (CSA) have been introduced for high speed addition. These CSA architectures utilize the hybridized structure of Carry Lookahead Adder (CLA) and Ripple Carry Adder (RCA). In these architectures the critical path delay has been reduced by reducing the number of multiplexer stages. The proposed designs are compared with regular CSA bas...
